Permits & Weather Conditions
Certain event locations may require permits. Clients are responsible for all permit requirements and related fees unless otherwise arranged in writing. Should Arirang be required to obtain permits on the client’s behalf, a minimum of two (2) weeks’ advance notice is required. Permit processing fees may apply. Due to the preparation and logistics involved with Rent-A-Chef and Food Truck events, bookings are non-cancelable due to weather conditions. With at least 48 hours’ notice, events may be rescheduled to the next available date that accommodates both Arirang and the client.
